We do our best to take into account all food preferences, dietary requirements, and allergies that were provided via the registration form. There will always be suitable options for vegetarians, vegans, pescatarians, as well as for those with gluten or lactose intolerance.

Please note that when planning the menu together with the caterer, we have based portion quantities on the preferences you indicated during registration. This means that the amounts of vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free dishes have been mostly calculated according to the number of participants who specifically requested these options.

Some recommendations for breakfast places, in case your accommodation does not offer breakfast or you simply prefer to have breakfast elsewhere.

We are sharing the menu with you so that you can familiarize yourself in advance with what will be offered. If, however, it turns out that in some cases the selection does not include options that suit your needs or preferences, you will then be able to prepare accordingly beforehand.
